Actuarial Audit Director - Internal Audit

As an Actuarial Audit Director - Internal Audit, you will be responsible for leading and executing the audit program for MetLife’s actuarial and risk management functions, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter and has a passion for the internal audit profession. As a successful Actuarial Audit Director - Internal Audit, you will be expected to have a strong knowledge of actuarial and risk management principles, as well as a deep understanding of the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of actuarial or risk management audit experience, an advanced degree in actuarial science, and professional actuarial designation with the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) or the Society of Actuaries (SOA).The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
