  1. Utilize technical skills and knowledge of actuarial science to develop and implement actuarial strategies for national clients.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis and interpretation of complex data to support decision-making processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs and provide high-quality actuarial services.
  4. Develop and maintain actuarial models and tools to accurately assess risk and make projections.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and inform business decisions.
  6. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  7. Participate in meetings and presentations with clients to provide actuarial insights and recommendations.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot potential issues or challenges in actuarial processes and propose solutions.
  9. Continuously learn and develop skills to enhance performance and contribute to the growth of the team.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, to ensure accuracy and integrity of actuarial work.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Work, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Proficiency In Actuarial Software And Programming Languages, Such As Sas, Sql, And R.

  • Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Industry Regulations, Particularly In The Area Of National Accounts.
