  1. Develop and implement training programs for employees and customers, ensuring they are effective and align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.
  3. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  4. Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions in person and virtually.
  5. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve.
  6. Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training is aligned with product development and updates.
  8. Train and mentor new trainers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in medical devices to continuously improve training content.
  10. Coordinate and schedule training sessions to meet the needs of employees and customers.
  11. Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees and customers to reinforce training concepts.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to gather feedback and improve training programs.
  13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and compliance standards in training materials and delivery.
  14. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs to management.
  15. Lead and motivate a team of trainers to deliver high-quality training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Instructional Design, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Training Or Instructional Design, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Present Technical Information In A Clear And Engaging Manner.

  • Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Trainers, Including Setting Performance Goals And Providing Coaching And Feedback.
