  1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
  2. Identify areas for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven decisions.
  4. Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the manufacturing process.
  5. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  6. Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  7. Train and mentor production personnel on new processes and equipment.
  8. Lead process validation efforts and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential production bottlenecks or quality issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing processes.
  11. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
  12. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes and equipment.
  14. Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  15. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company procedures and complying with legal regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Lean Manufacturing Principles And Process Improvement Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Experience With Designing And Implementing Manufacturing Processes.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot And Optimize Production Processes.
