11. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and career development.
12. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence.
13. Represent the company in external supply chain forums and events to enhance brand reputation and build relationships with industry peers.
14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for supply chain initiatives.
15. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance, initiatives, and accomplishments.
