- Monitor and assess patient's physical and emotional well-being, and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Advocate for patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Stay updated on current healthcare practices and advancements in women's health.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during difficult situations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based practices.
- Continuously assess and reassess patient needs, and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergencies as needed.
- Serve as a role model for other staff members by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism.

- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
Bls And Acls Certifications
Active Rn License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Women's Health Nursing
Knowledge And Understanding Of Ob/Gyn Procedures And Protocols
