- Provide compassionate and specialized care to patients at Mercy Hospital's Visiting Specialty Clinic.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Perform comprehensive and accurate assessments of patients' health status and needs.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor and evaluate patients' responses to treatments and interventions.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Stay current with advancements and developments in the field of specialty nursing.
- Provide support and guidance to less experienced nurses and healthcare staff.
- Collaborate with other healthcare facilities and providers to coordinate care for patients.

Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Recent Clinical Experience In A Specialty Area, Such As Cardiology, Oncology, Or Neurology
Bls, Acls, And/Or Pals Certification, Depending On The Specific Specialty Clinic
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Patients, Families, And Multi-Disciplinary Healthcare Teams
Flexibility To Work Varying Shifts And Schedules, Including Weekends And Holidays, To Meet The Needs Of The Specialty Clinic's Patient Population.
