1. Assist licensed therapists in providing rehabilitative services to patients.
2. Follow treatment plans and instructions provided by therapists.
3. Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes or concerns to therapists.
4. Help patients with exercises and activities as directed by therapists.
5. Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
6. Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
7. Ensure patient safety during therapy sessions.
8. Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients during therapy.
9. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and progress.
10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
11. Assist with scheduling and coordinating therapy appointments.
12. Keep accurate records of patient treatments and progress.
13. Attend team meetings and contribute to patient care discussions.
14. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.
15. Exhibit a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
