We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to assist our therapists in providing high quality care to our patients. As a Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.   • Assist therapists in providing high quality care to patients
  • Help patients with daily tasks and exercises as directed by therapists
  • Monitor and report patient progress to therapists
  • Maintain a clean and organized therapy area
  • Prepare and set up equipment for therapy sessions
  • Follow established protocols and safety measures to ensure patient well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, and other team members
  • Attend training and educational sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism towards patients and their families
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records
  • Perform other duties as assigned by therapists or supervisor.
