  1. Develop lesson plans and curriculum that align with educational standards and meet the needs of individual students.
  2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and encourages student engagement.
  3. Deliver engaging and interactive instruction in a variety of subjects to students of various ages and abilities.
  4. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
  5. Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
  6. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continually improve teaching practices.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
  8. Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to foster a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
  9. Adhere to school policies and procedures, as well as state and federal education laws and regulations.
  10. Serve as a positive role model for students and uphold high ethical standards in all interactions.
  11. Stay up-to-date on current educational practices and trends, and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
  12. Handle any disciplinary issues in a fair and consistent manner, following school guidelines and protocols.
  13. Attend and participate in school events, meetings, and conferences as required.
  14. Continuously evaluate and reflect on teaching practices to improve student learning outcomes.
  15. Foster a love of learning and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Education Or Related Field

  • Valid Teaching License/Certification In The State Of Employment

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Teaching Experience In A Classroom Setting
