
Surgical Technologist
Mercy is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our world-class team of medical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent patient care by preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care and have a commitment to delivering excellent service. The successful Surgical Technologist will have a minimum of two years of surgical technologist experience working in a hospital setting and be a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST). Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of sterilization techniques, aseptic practices, and the ability to demonstrate accuracy, and attention to detail are essential to this role. An individual with a commitment to remaining up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical technology and techniques is key.
