Certification As A Surgical First Assistant (Cstfa): Mercy Requires Candidates For This Role To Hold A Current Certification As A Cstfa. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Knowledge And Skills In Assisting During Surgical Procedures.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Surgical Tech First Assistant: Candidates Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Surgical Tech First Assistant. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Surgical Procedures And Settings.
