  1. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply of necessary items for daily operations.
  2. Organize and distribute supplies to various departments and locations within the organization.
  3. Maintain accurate records of inventory and supply distribution.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any supply chain issues.
  5. Follow established protocols and procedures for inventory management and supply distribution.
  6. Monitor and track supply usage to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized supply storage area.
  8. Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding supply needs and updates.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while handling and distributing supplies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  11. Work closely with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks related to supply chain management.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  14. Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies when handling sensitive information.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional care and support to patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
