• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all supplies and equipment
• Process supply orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items
• Monitor supply levels and forecast potential shortages or excess inventory
• Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming supplies, rejecting any damaged or expired items
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve any supply or delivery issues
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
