- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all supplies and equipment
- Process supply orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring appropriate levels of stock are maintained
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their supply needs and ensure timely delivery of requested items
- Monitor supply levels and forecast potential shortages or excess inventory
- Inspect and ensure the quality of incoming supplies, rejecting any damaged or expired items
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve any supply or delivery issues
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and policies
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new vendors and suppliers
- Maintain a clean and organized supply storage area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while handling and storing supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of supplies
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction within the supply chain
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in supply chain management practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Supply Chain Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems, Supply Chain Processes, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Various Departments And External Vendors.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Supply Chain Software Programs.
