  1. Develop and implement strategic growth plans for Mercy's Primary Care division.
  2. Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective strategies.
  3. Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential areas for expansion.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies.
  5. Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  7. Develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies to promote Mercy's Primary Care services.
  8. Analyze data and performance metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Communicate regularly with leadership to provide updates on growth initiatives and results.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new growth initiatives.
  11. Identify and pursue new partnerships and collaborations to enhance Mercy's Primary Care services.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare strategic growth.
  13. Represent Mercy at conferences, events, and meetings to promote the organization's growth initiatives.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for growth initiatives and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  15. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Primary Care division.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Strategic Growth Role Within The Healthcare Industry, Preferably In Primary Care.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Growth Strategies, Including Market Analysis, Competitive Positioning, And Business Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Trends And Regulations, With A Focus On Primary Care Services And Population Health Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Community Leaders, And Potential Partners.
