
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Our Speech-Language Pathologists work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide innovative, patient-centered care.The ideal candidate for this role must possess a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university, a current license to practice in the state of practice, and at least one year of experience in the field. In addition, the successful candidate must be able to think critically, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to patient care and team collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate speech-language pathology services to patients.
- Develop innovative and patient-centered treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate interventions.
- Maintain patient records and other documentation.
- Remain up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Educate patients and their families on speech-language therapy.
- Assist with the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
- Promote team collaboration and positive work environment.
