- Stay up-to-date on current social work practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions with patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues.

- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to social work practice.

A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Hospice Setting.
Valid State License As A Social Worker.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hospice Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.
