- Mentor and guide junior quality improvement staff.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Improvement, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma, And Experience Implementing Them In A Healthcare Setting.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Facilitate Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And Joint Commission, And Experience Ensuring Compliance.
