  1. Analyze and interpret financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive financial success.
  2. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  3. Develop and maintain financial models and perform financial analysis to identify trends and insights.
  4. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather financial information and provide recommendations for cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports, including budget variance analysis and financial performance metrics, to senior management.
  6. Monitor and track financial performance against budget and forecast and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Provide financial guidance and support for new initiatives and projects.
  8. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and healthcare.
  10. Mentor and train junior financial analysts and provide guidance on financial processes and procedures.
  11. Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  13. Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
  15. Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes.
  16. Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Job Qualifications
