  • Strong Knowledge Of Database Security And Disaster Recovery: Mercy's Sensitive And Confidential Data Requires A Highly Skilled Senior Database Administrator Who Can Implement And Maintain Robust Security Measures And Disaster Recovery Plans To Protect Against Data Breaches And Ensure Business Continuity.

  • Proficiency In Database Administration Tools And Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Working Knowledge Of Advanced Database Administration Tools And Technologies, Such As Oracle, Sql Server, And Mysql, As Well As Experience With Cloud-Based Solutions Like Aws And Azure.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills: As A Senior Database Administrator At Mercy, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting Complex Database Issues And Communicating Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
