  1. Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients by following established protocols and utilizing evidence-based practices.
  2. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patient's condition, report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventative care.
  6. Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
  8. Conduct ongoing assessments of patient's physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs and provide appropriate interventions.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, medications, and treatment plans.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current on best practices and procedures.
  11. Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  12. Comply with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures of the healthcare organization.
  13. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care by continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  14. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, treating all patients, colleagues, and visitors with respect and compassion.
  15. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  16. Serve as a role model for other healthcare professionals by demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dedication to patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Employment
