Valid Rn License: A Qualified Candidate For The Registered Nurse - Care Manager Job At Mercy Must Possess A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Role Is A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution. A Master's Degree In Nursing (Msn) May Also Be Preferred.
Previous Clinical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
