  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
  2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to determine their qualifications and fit for open Advanced Practice Provider positions.
  3. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to actively reach out to potential candidates and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with external organizations, universities, and professional associations to promote our job opportunities and attract candidates.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job postings that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the role.
  6. Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates to ensure their qualifications and credentials.
  7. Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to promote our organization and job opportunities.
  8. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide a positive candidate experience.
  9. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve and enhance our recruitment processes.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information in our applicant tracking system.
  11. Adhere to all legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and ensure equal employment opportunities for all candidates.
  12. Assist with onboarding processes and provide support to new hires as needed.
  13. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement retention strategies to ensure the long-term success of our healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Strong Foundation In Hr Principles And Practices Is Essential For A Successful Recruiter, Especially In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Recruiting: Experience Specifically In Recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (Apps), Such As Nurse Practitioners And Physician Assistants, Is Highly Preferred.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Industry Trends: A Recruiter For Apps At Mercy Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Healthcare Landscape, Including Regulations And Current Trends, In Order To Effectively Identify And Attract Top Talent.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Building Relationships With App Candidates And Collaborating With Hiring Managers And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial For A Successful Recruiter.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Abilities: This Role Requires Juggling Multiple Tasks And Priorities, So The Ability To Stay Organized And Manage Time Effectively Is Essential.
