As a Public Safety Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.   1. Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff by monitoring and controlling access to the facility.
  2. Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed, including medical emergencies, security breaches, and fire alarms.
  3. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems to identify and address potential security risks.
  4. Patrol the facility and grounds to deter unauthorized activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  5. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other staff members, including security personnel, healthcare professionals, and administration.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and documentation.
  7. Conduct routine security checks and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
  8. Educate patients, visitors, and staff on safety procedures and protocols.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to individuals in need of assistance.
  10. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve safety protocols and procedures.
  12. Attend trainings and meetings to stay updated on safety protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  13. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams as needed.
  14. Maintain a professional and calm demeanor during high-stress situations.
  15. Take appropriate action in emergency situations and follow established protocols.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

  • Valid Driver's License And Clean Driving Record.
