Current Lpn License: The Primary Qualification For A Primary Care Lpn Job At Mercy Is A Valid And Active Lpn License In The State Where The Job Is Located. This License Ensures That The Candidate Has Completed The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Safe And Effective Care To Patients.
Experience In Primary Care: Candidates For This Role Should Have Some Experience Working In A Primary Care Setting, Preferably In An Outpatient Clinic Or Office. This Experience Will Help Them Understand The Unique Needs Of Primary Care Patients And The Responsibilities Of An Lpn In This Setting.
Knowledge Of Electronic Health Records: In Today's Healthcare Environment, Proficiency In Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Is Essential For Lpns. Candidates Should Have Experience Using Ehr Systems, As Mercy Utilizes Electronic Records To Manage Patient Information And Streamline Care.
