
Practice Manager, South City Primary Care

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and overseeing patient flow.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care by monitoring and improving clinic processes and procedures.
- Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff, including front desk personnel, nurses, and medical assistants.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Monitor and manage clinic budgets, including tracking expenses, negotiating contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure patient confidentiality is maintained.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and improve clinic efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between the clinic and external stakeholders, such as insurance companies, vendors, and community organizations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve clinic operations and patient care.
- Address and resolve patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- Participate in meetings and committees to contribute to the overall growth and success of the clinic.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Leadership And Organizational Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Prioritize Tasks.
