  1. Oversee the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of patient care.
  3. Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Create and maintain schedules for physicians, nurses, and other medical personnel.
  5. Monitor and manage the practice's budget and financial performance.
  6. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
  7. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to improve practice operations and patient care.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the medical practice and other departments within the organization.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  10. Address and resolve any patient or staff complaints or concerns.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare management.
  12. Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote teamwork and improve staff performance.
  13. Stay informed about changes in healthcare policies and procedures and implement necessary changes within the practice.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  15. Ensure a safe and clean working environment for staff and patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Related Field.
