  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Manage and supervise the performance of all staff members, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of patient care and enhance patient satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and maintain the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and revenue management.
  5. Coordinate and schedule appointments, procedures, and surgeries to ensure optimal use of resources and timely delivery of care.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to promote teamwork, efficient communication, and positive relationships.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quality of patient care and services.
  10. Provide support and guidance to staff members, including training and development opportunities, to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the practice and patients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  12. Represent the practice in meetings, conferences, and other events, promoting its mission and values.
  13. Adhere to all relevant legal and ethical standards and ensure that the practice operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  14. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of supplies and services.
  15. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Staff, And Physicians.
