  1. Oversee daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient and effective functioning.
  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the overall efficiency and quality of patient care.
  4. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
  5. Monitor and manage the practice's budget, including expenses and revenue.
  6. Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide guidance and support to staff to improve their skills and performance.

  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to ensure the practice remains current and compliant.
  11. Serve as a liaison between the practice and Mercy's senior management, providing updates and reports as needed.
  12. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the practice's performance.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote the practice and attract new patients.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the practice's operations, finances, and patient care.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence in patient care and customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Management Role, Preferably In A Primary Care Or Specialty Practice Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Hipaa And Osha.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Promote A Positive Work Culture.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records (Emr) Systems And Other Practice Management Software.
