  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Implement and maintain organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Hire, train, and supervise office staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.
  4. Create work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to ensure productivity and quality of work.
  5. Manage the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, billing, and revenue collection.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other healthcare organizations to ensure quality and cost-effective services.
  7. Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, staff, and patients to address any issues or concerns.
  8. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss updates, changes, and improvements within the practice.
  9. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and documentation related to practice operations.
  11. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Job Qualifications
