  1. Provide expert medical care for patients with respiratory conditions.
  2. Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' respiratory health.
  3. Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient, taking into account their specific needs and medical history.
  4. Monitor and manage patients' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  7. Stay current with advancements in the field of pulmonology and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.
  9. Adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards in providing care.
  10. Continuously strive to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  11. Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives.
  12. Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  13. Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay updated on organizational policies and procedures.
  14. Mentor and train other healthcare professionals, including residents and medical students.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution: A Physician-Pulmonologist At Mercy Must Possess A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution, Demonstrating A Strong Foundation In The Field Of Medicine.

  • Board Certification In Pulmonology: Candidates Must Be Board Certified In Pulmonology, Demonstrating Their Expertise And Knowledge In The Specialty.

  • Valid State Medical License: A Valid State Medical License Is Required To Practice Medicine At Mercy, Ensuring That The Physician Has Met All Necessary Requirements And Is Qualified To Provide Medical Care.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience: Mercy Seeks Candidates With A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Pulmonology, Showcasing Their Dedication And Commitment To The Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Physician At Mercy, Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Providing Quality Patient Care And Collaborating With Other Healthcare Professionals.
