Job Qualifications
  • Appropriate Education And Certification: The Candidate Should Possess A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner Studies, And Must Be Certified By A Recognized National Certification Board.

  • Relevant Experience: A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting Is Preferred, With A Focus On Primary Care Or Urgent Care. Previous Experience In A Convenient Care Or Walk-In Clinic Is An Added Advantage.

  • Current State License: The Candidate Must Hold A Current And Valid State License To Practice As A Physician Assistant Or Nurse Practitioner In Oklahoma.

  • Excellent Clinical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Primary Care, Urgent Care, And Basic Diagnostic And Treatment Techniques. They Should Also Be Proficient In Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, And Should Be Able To Build Rapport With Patients And Their Families. They Should Also Be Able To Work Effectively In A Team-Oriented Environment.
