  1. Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
  2. Develop personalized treatment plans for patients based on their specific injuries and conditions.
  3. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients regain physical function and improve their overall health.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises for continuing their rehabilitation at home.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  8. Adhere to all safety and ethical standards in the delivery of patient care.
  9. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and stay current on advancements in the field of physical therapy.
  10. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and effective care.
  12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
  13. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner, adhering to its mission and values.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information.
  15. Adhere to all organizational and regulatory standards and protocols for quality and safety of patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current State Licensure As A Physical Therapist.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Acute Care Setting.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Various Therapeutic Techniques And Modalities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Patients.
