The successful candidate must have a certification or licensure as a Phlebotomist, a minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, and a strong understanding of laboratory equipment and procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Draw blood from patients in a safe and efficient manner.
2. Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and maintain accurate documentation.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients.
4. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and proper infection control measures.
5. Educate patients on proper preparation for blood draws, and answer questions about the process.
6. Monitor and maintain inventory of laboratory supplies.
7. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of patient care.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
