Job Description

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join our team and provide a wide variety of services to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and an enthusiasm for learning new skills.To be successful in this role, you must have an Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technology or a related field, a Pharmacy Technician Certification, and at least one year of experience in a pharmacy setting. You must have strong organizational and multitasking skills, and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of people. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to upholding patient confidentiality. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to patients • Assist with prescription filling and other pharmacy tasks • Maintain patient confidentiality • Process prescription requests and provide accurate information • Assist in inventory management and stocking • Monitor all medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness • Monitor expiration dates and discard outdated medications • Follow all safety and legal regulations • Answer patient questions and provide guidance regarding medication • Maintain a clean and organized work area
