We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pediatrician at Mercy to join our care team and provide exemplary care for our patients. The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified Pediatrician with experience in delivering high-quality medical care for children in a medical setting. As a Pediatrician at Mercy, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents, including physical examinations, immunizations, diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses, and preventive health education.To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to delivering quality care, and the ability to work well with a team of healthcare professionals. Additionally, you must possess a Doctor of Medicine degree, be board certified in Pediatrics, and have a valid medical license in the state of practice. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions in pediatric patients.
- Create and implement treatment plans for patients based on medical history, physical examination, and laboratory results.
- Provide preventive health care services, such as physical examinations, immunizations, and health education.
- Manage medical emergencies and provide urgent care to pediatric patients.
- Monitor patient progress and document all patient care services in medical records.
- Provide guidance and support to parents and families regarding the health of their children.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain current knowledge of medical advances in pediatrics.
- Comply with all administrative, legal, and ethical medical standards.
