They should have a history of delivering quality care, along with a friendly and approachable bedside manner. Proficiency in electronic medical records and an understanding of the latest pediatric treatments are a must. Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive medical care to children of all ages, with an emphasis on preventive care.
2. Diagnose, treat and manage acute and chronic pediatric medical conditions.
3. Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary.
4. Listen to patients and parents, and provide emotional support and guidance.
5. Educate patients and families on health maintenance, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
6. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and document all patient care.
7. Remain up-to-date on the latest pediatric treatments and technologies.
8. Participate in regular medical team meetings and coordinate care with other healthcare providers.
9. Adhere to the highest ethical, legal, and professional standards.
10. Maintain a friendly and approachable bedside manner.
