Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pediatrician to join Mercy's team of outstanding healthcare professionals. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents. You must be able to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of pediatric healthcare needs.The ideal candidate must be board certified in Pediatrics and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also have a strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and be able to collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers. Above all, you must be committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to our pediatric patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

  1. Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of pediatric healthcare needs.
  2. Provide comprehensive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  3. Follow evidence-based medicine and utilize appropriate tests and treatments.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  5. Educate and counsel patients and families on preventive healthcare, growth and development, and health maintenance.
  6. Maintain patient medical records and complete required paperwork.
  7. Stay up-to-date on advances in pediatric medicine and regulations.
  8. Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and adhere to Mercy healthcare standards.
  10. Provide compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric patients and their families.
