- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Collect and process patient payments, including co-pays, deductibles, and other fees.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist patients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their healthcare experience.
