  1. Greet and welcome patients upon arrival to the clinic, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all individuals.
  2. Schedule appointments and accurately input patient information into electronic medical records.
  3. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for services.
  5. Collect and process patient payments, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  6. Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including stocking necessary supplies.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective operation of the clinic.
  9. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
  10. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and overall experience.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
  12. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  13. Keep up-to-date with all clinic policies and procedures.
  14. Handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by clinic management.
