Patient Care Technician (PCT)

At Mercy, we are looking for an experienced and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. As a PCT, you will be responsible for providing patient care and support to all patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse. You will be expected to have excellent knowledge of medical terminology and possess the ability to provide care in a caring and professional manner. To be successful in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good understanding of medical terminology. Additionally, you should have completed a diploma or certificate in a health-related field. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate will also be organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities:

1. Provide patient care and support to all patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
