Patient Care Technician (PCT)

Mercy is looking for an experienced, compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to provide top-notch care to our patients and their families. The successful candidate will possess a positive outlook, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. As a PCT, you will be responsible for providing exemplary patient care, preparing and administering medications, and performing simple diagnostic tests. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families and experience the satisfaction that comes from providing quality care.To be successful in this role, you should have an Associate Degree in Nursing, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in a patient care setting. You must hold a valid certification as a Patient Care Technician or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Additionally, you should have a comprehensive understanding of the patient care process, and the ability to interact with patients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
