Patient Care Technician (PCT)

Responsibilities:

1. Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
2. Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and documentation.
3. Maintain records and ensure accuracy of patient information.
4. Follow safety precautions and guidelines.
5. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Utilize medical terminology and basic computer skills.
7. Assist with patient transport and other patient-related tasks.
8. Monitor vital signs and administer medications as directed.
9. Assist with patient admissions, discharge, and transfers.
10. Participate in staff meetings and in-service education programs.
