  • High School Diploma Or Ged: The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Patient Care Associate Position At Mercy Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.
