High School Diploma Or Equivalent: This Is The Basic Educational Requirement For A Patient Care Associate At Mercy. A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Readiness For The Role.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Mercy Requires All Patient Care Associates To Hold A Valid Cna Certification. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Received Proper Training And Has The Necessary Skills To Provide Basic Patient Care.
