1. Greet patients and their families upon arrival and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
2. Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and hospital staff to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
3. Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their satisfaction is met.
4. Create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients by offering emotional support and actively listening to their concerns.
5. Communicate important information to patients and their families, such as hospital policies, procedures, and services.
6. Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
7. Assist patients with navigating the hospital, including escorting them to appointments and providing directions.
8. Help patients with non-medical needs, such as retrieving personal belongings, arranging transportation, and coordinating accommodations for out-of-town patients.
