- Greet patients and their families upon arrival and provide them with a warm and welcoming experience.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, their families, and hospital staff to ensure all needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their voices are heard and their satisfaction is met.
- Create a comfortable and supportive environment for patients by offering emotional support and actively listening to their concerns.
- Communicate important information to patients and their families, such as hospital policies, procedures, and services.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
- Assist patients with navigating the hospital, including escorting them to appointments and providing directions.
- Help patients with non-medical needs, such as retrieving personal belongings, arranging transportation, and coordinating accommodations for out-of-town patients.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, even in challenging situations.
- Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by seeking feedback and implementing suggestions.
- Keep patient information confidential and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
- Attend trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on hospital policies and procedures.

Customer Service Experience: The Role Of A Patient Ambassador Involves Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Patients And Their Families. Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As In Hospitality Or Retail, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.
