  3. Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary copayments.
  4. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  5. Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
  7. Resolve any patient concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Update and maintain patient records and ensure they are accurate and complete.
  9. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient privacy and security.
  10. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on new policies and procedures.

  12. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  13. Keep track of daily tasks and complete them accurately and within designated timelines.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of healthcare terminology and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Insurance Verification Processes
