
Part Time Patient Care Associate-PCA - Med Surg

Previous Healthcare Experience: Candidates With Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Nursing Assistant Or Medical Assistant, Would Be Considered More Qualified For The Position.
Cpr Certification: Mercy Requires All Pcas To Have A Current Cpr Certification To Ensure The Safety And Wellbeing Of Patients In Case Of An Emergency.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Pca, You Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
