- Keep detailed and accurate records of patient orders and appointments.

- Collaborate with the clinic's management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall patient experience.

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As An Optician In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Eye Care Clinic.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Different Types Of Lenses, Frames, And Contact Lenses.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Patients And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Proficiency In Using Computerized Systems For Creating And Updating Patient Records, As Well As Ordering And Tracking Inventory.
Certification As A Licensed Optician By The American Board Of Opticianry (Abo) Or The National Contact Lens Examiners (Ncle).
