A Degree In Opticianry: Candidates Should Possess A Degree In Opticianry From An Accredited Institution. This Will Ensure That They Have The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Duties Of An Optician.
State Licensure: Opticians At Mercy Are Required To Be Licensed By The State In Which They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That They Have Met The Minimum Requirements For Education And Training, And Are Legally Allowed To Practice.
Experience In A Clinical Setting: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Optometry Or Ophthalmology Practice.
